We do our absolute best to make this the trip of a lifetime and we always want to make sure we are all on the same page. So this says by making your deposit with us you understand and agree:
The trip will book on a first come-first served basis. The first people to make their deposits will be going on the trip.
Tour Price (per person):
$12,495 (Double Occupancy – meaning two people in each room in the hotels and on the Nile cruise, twin-bed rooms).
Additional Optional Costs*:
Single Supplement – $2275 (your own private room in the hotels and on the Nile Cruise)
Business Class (full lie-down seats) - additional $5615 per person.
Deposit and Balance Due:
A deposit of $1,000 per person reserves your place on the tour, whether you are paying by check, money order or credit card. The balance of the tour price including any additional optional costs and credit card fees (3%) is due by November 1, 2023.
Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc., as the business agent of Guardian Travel, will provide through Guardian Travel, all transportation expenses from JFK airport in New York, New York, lodging, excursions, entrance fees, the services of expert professional guides, Sedona Soul Adventures guide for ritual and meditations, and meals (not including beverages) as noted on the Itinerary.
*Fees are based on double-occupancy in twin-bed rooms. We will make every effort to accommodate your roommate requests, however, these requests cannot be guaranteed. If you prefer private room accommodations, there is a Single Supplement fee of $2275 which will provide you with your own private room in the hotels and on our Nile Cruise.
*Based on payment by check, money order, Zelle or wire transfer. In the event you wish to pay by credit card or Paypal, there will be an additional 3% bank fee. All fees are based on current rates of exchange and present listed fares (June, 2023) and are subject to change. We will make every effort to maintain the listed price. In the event prices shall increase, the additional payment must be made to Sedona Soul Adventures no later than November 1, 2023.
Items Not Included:
Transportation from your home to the starting point of the tour and return, airport taxes, passports, visas, excess baggage charges, laundry or dry cleaning, telephone calls, telexes, faxes, cables, wines, liquors, beer, water, soft drinks, coffee and/or tea, meals not stated in the itinerary, room service, items of a personal nature, additional transportation expenses caused by your not being present at JFK airport to board our flight to Cairo on March 4, 2024, gratuities for Egyptian guide and driver, photos fees, COVID testing and insurance.
Trip Cancellation, Medical and Evacuation Insurance:
Medical coverage of $50,000 and evacuation insurance of minimum $200,000 applicable for Egypt is required. Trip Cancellation insurance is highly recommended, but not required. As the laws governing insurance are different in each state and country, we recommend http://www.squaremouth.com for comparing insurance policies (they also have operators on staff to answer questions). Failure to provide documentation for required insurance by November 2, 2023 will result in cancellation of the trip and there will be no refunds or credits.
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
In the event Traveler cancels the trip within 90 days of the start date, they may receive a credit (less any non-recoverable fees) for the 2025 trip to Egypt, subject to availability; if Traveler cancels the trip less than 90 days before the start date, there are no refunds or credits.
NO REFUNDS after November 1, 2023
No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations received November 1, 2023 or after OR for any portion of the trip unattended. In the event you decide to leave the tour at any time, there will be no refunds and you will be asked to sign a declaration stating that it is your decision to leave the tour so that the proper local officials may be notified as required by Egyptian law and the U.S. Embassy. This is a firm policy, please do not ask us to deviate from it; trip cancellation insurance is available if you have concerns that you may have to cancel the trip.
Price Based on 10 Participants:
Prices are based on a minimum of 10 participants; in the event there are less than 10 participants on the tour, the tour will be cancelled and all monies paid by Traveler to Sedona Soul Adventures directly will be refunded to Traveler. Sedona Soul Adventures will be responsible for all sums paid directly by Traveler to Sedona Soul Adventures for the cost of the tour, but cannot reimburse Traveler for other expenses Traveler may have incurred (such as airline tickets, insurance, etc.). Note: We have had more than 10 participants each year since 2004 (the year we started doing the trips).
Assumption of Risk:
Traveler understands that participation in any and all activities on the Tour shall be Traveler's own decision and Traveler assumes any and all risks associated thereto.
Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. acts only as a business agent through Guardian Travel for the suppliers and contractors providing air or other transportation, hotels, and sightseeing activities and neither Sedona Soul Adventures nor Guardian Travel assumes any responsibility, however caused, for your personal injury or personal property loss or damage in connection with any service. For any circumstances arising as a result of military, terrorist, political action, weather, acts of God, pandemic, criminal or negligent acts of others, criminal or negligent acts of Traveler, or any other circumstances over which Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. or Guardian Travel has no control, neither Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. nor Guardian Travel shall be liable to you. Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. and Guardian Travel reserves the right to alter, change or omit any part of the itinerary, reservation, conveyance or routing at any time without notice, where necessary or deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the group.
Written Release and Agreement:
All of these Terms and Conditions are included in a Release and Agreement to be signed by each participant and each participant shall also sign a Medical Release which states that you are physically able to complete this physically demanding trip (we recommend you consult with your physician). Failure or refusal to sign said Release and Agreement and Medical Release will be grounds for cancellation of your reservation; monies paid to date will not be refunded.
In the future, it may be necessary for Sedona Soul Adventures to make modifications of the above “Terms and Conditions” and in that event Sedona Soul Adventures will forward a copy of such modifications to persons who have paid a deposit for the trip both by email and/or postal mail. The “Terms and Conditions” in effect on the date that travel begins on March 4, 2024 will be binding on all participants.
